We strive to be completely transparent in our process. That’s why we’ve taken the liberty of including some of the questions that our customers have asked us about our products.

Our primary focus is sell items that would bring joy and happiness to buyers and also to prevent certain items to end up at the landfill. 
We sort products from far and near to make sure that everyone is catered for.  We are very selective about the items to sell.
Our African Products are all handmade by individuals from the motherland. Every item is carefully made to suit our customers.
Our vintage and collectible items are carefully hand picked. We pick the finest items with value and care

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We ship via the most cost effective carriers. We do not have control over the time frame of shipping even though we ship same day on most items.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We provide international delivery but customers are responsible for customs. All items will have to go through customs when shipping internationally and we will provide the true value for the item purchased

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

There are no returns on all of our items. Every sale is final. But we encourage buyers to contact us with any issue and allow us the opportunity to make it right before leaving a review.

We will work with our customers to make sure issues are resolved.
